What is DTG printing?

DTG stands for "direct to garment" printing. Think of it as a high tech version of a home printer, allowing you to print your favorite designs directly to a shirt or hoodie. Our state of the art digital printing machine allows us to print on both light and dark garments with no limitations in color!

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

How does pricing work? I know there are no minimums, but do I have to pay more for extra colors or set up fees?

The beauty of DTG is that we can offer our customers detailed, vibrant shirts with unlimited colors, all with no minimums or setup fees! Prices are based on whether the shirt is white or coloured and the print size.

What type of files can I use?

All artwork must be high quality images in either vector format (AI or EPS) or images at least 300 dpi (JPG, PNG, TIFF). The higher the resolution of the image, the more accurate and detailed the print is.

Our standard pricing is based on the printing size of 12"x12".

How do I get design help?

Get in touch with us via our contact page and our in house design team will be happy to assist you to get the best prints out of your design.

Can I pick up my order if I am in Vancouver?

We are set up to ship your product to you even if you are local. But we are open to pickups for large orders.

What size should I choose?

Our offered styles all have measurements, directly from the manufacturer on their product page in order to let you choose the fit that's right for you.

Can I bring my own garments?

At this time we only print from our selected styles.

I want a style/brand you are not currently offering. Are you able to offer custom styles?

This is a case by case situation. Contact us and we will try and source your selected style for you.

How do I get an order confirmation?

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email by Canvus Print. Should you have trouble finding your confirmation email, contact us and we will be happy to help!

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been processed, we can no longer make any adjustments to an order.
